The 1100 series is printed with a black twill weave pattern over a bronze metallic ink base. The bronze metallic twill weave is used for many of the same components as the pewter metallic, the difference in the base colour comes from the type of clear resins used and the curing time in the autoclave. If you are building for accuracy, research your subject carefully to see which colour pattern your car uses.
